 Kumite Seminar with Cheryl Murphy

All are Welcome!

This seminar is open to all styles and ranks from beginner to advanced.  

Come train with Cheryl Murphy, one of the top athletes in the world, and improve your kumite skills just in time for Nationals this summer!  All levels will be covered.  This is a MUST for all competitors looking to get an edge before Nationals!

   Saturday
      First Session  10:30am-Noon
      Lunch with Cheryl Murphy 12-2:30pm
      Second Session 2:30-4:30pm

   Sunday
      Only Session  10AM-Noon

 Class Schedule

Here's a quick listing of our class schedule:

Adults:
   Beginners meet Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:15-7:15PM.
   Intermediates meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:15-8:15PM.

Youth:
   Beginners meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:15-7:15PM.
   Intermediates meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:15-6:15PM.
   Open Class meets Monday through Thursday, 4-5PM.

Children:
   Three- to four-year-olds meet Saturdays, 10:00-10:45AM.

All:
   Open Class for all ages and skills is held on Saturdays, 11:00-Noon.
